CMYC Terms

Access to and use of ticket purchases and museum visits, membership purchases, field trips, and all other CMYC activities are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Admission

  • Tickets are required for every person in your party that is over the age of 12 months old

  • Valid ID is required for admission for certain tickets, including military and Museums For All tickets

  • Admission may be limited by available capacity during high volume events

  • CMYC welcomes cash, debit, credit, and tap-to-pay transactions

Safety

  • Minors under the age of 18 may not visit the museum without being accompanies by a legal adult.

  • Adults without accompanying children will not be admitted.

  • Firearms, ammunition, knives, or weapons of any kind are prohibited.

  • All guests must comply with CMYC policies, signage, and staff instructions

  • We reserve the right to prohibit any other activity we determine may be harmful or disruptive at any time

Rules

  • Watch your children - Provide adult supervision to your children at all times during your visit. You are responsible for the safety and well-being of your child at all times during your visit.

  • Clean Up - Put away toys  and objects that you are no longer using to ensure a safe and clean environment for others.

  • Treat things well - Use equipment and exhibits safely and appropriately so that all CMYC guests can enjoy them.

  • Snack outside - Make sure to eat any snacks before you come in or save them for when you leave in order to provide a safe environment for all.

  • Off-Limit Spaces - Our office space upstairs and our basement space are off limits to the general public.

Memberships

  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Only two listed adults are allowed entrance at the same time under one membership.

  • If there are more than two listed adults present or if an adult in your party is NOT listed, they will each pay the $8 admission fee.

  • Membership benefits are subject to change under CMYC discretion.

Field Trips

  • General time frame is 9am - 11am, but we can be flexible with hours.

  • Chaperones and teachers are included in the $5 admission.

  • You can pay by check or cash.

  • Museum staff is present to provide initial instruction and for emergencies, but teachers and chaperones are in charge of watching students at all times

  • Adults MUST stay with their group at all times.

  • Additional activities can be provided if needed, please ask Olivia ahead of your scheduled trip.
