Last Week to Enjoy the Children’s Museum of Yuma County’s Summer Season
Our final week of the season has come. Please plan to visit us this Wednesday-Saturday at the Yuma Art Center (254 S. Main St.) before we pack all of the exhibits into storage. Admission is a low $2/person.

Wed-Fri 11-12:30 Story Time with Ms. Cindy Hawkins
Cindy will be sharing a story and related activity.
Thurs @ 11am & 12pm Museum Ballet Bound
Join Yuma Ballet Academy & Ballet Yuma for this fun introduction to dance.
Thurs 3-5pm Sensory-Friendly Hours
If you have a child who experiences sensory sensitivities or is on the autism spectrum, Thursday, July 25 will feature sensory-friendly hours from 3-5pm when we usually have fewer visitors.
Th-Fri @ 1:30pm Beading Art with our intern Noami
This activity is for children 9 and older who can listen to and follow multi-step directions. Children 6-8 can participate but will need help from a parent or caregiver. Noami will be teaching how to make beaded snakes using colorful pony beads.
Sat Return of YRMC’s Teddy Bear Clinic
After popular demand at the start of our season, we’re bringing back Teddy Bear Clinic 2.0 to close out our last day. YRMC’s team will be in the medical center exhibit promoting a healthy lifestyle to all of our guests. Don’t miss the fun!
